Jezel is a certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant and is certified in HIPAA training. She has undergone intensive training in providing support specializing in admin and clerical duties. She is also a Psychology graduate with experience handling patients and clients. She can work in different environments, with ease of developing good interpersonal relationships with patients, which is efficient when it comes to catering to their problems and giving the best resolution possible with empathy, kindness, and professionalism.
